Department of Commerce (Co-operation)

Profile

Started in 2012, the Department of Commerce (Co-operation) is committed to nurturing future business leaders with a strong foundation in co-operative principles and practices. The program blends theoretical knowledge with practical applications, focusing on areas such as co-operative management, accounting, finance, taxation, and business law.

With a curriculum designed to meet the evolving demands of the co-operative and business sectors, the department empowers students with skills essential for entrepreneurship, ethical governance and financial stewardship. Our goal is to develop socially-responsible professionals who contribute meaningfully to the cooperative movement and the economy at large.
