Upon successful completion of the B.Com. (Co-operation) programme, students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in core areas of commerce, including accounting, finance, taxation and business law, with a specialised understanding of co-operative principles and practices.
  • Understand the structure, functions, and operations of co-operative societies and institutions at regional, national and global levels.
  • Apply managerial and entrepreneurial skills in the context of co-operative management and rural development.
  • Analyse and interpret financial data and business information for effective decision-making in co-operative and business environments.
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, with clarity and professionalism suitable for various business and co-operative contexts.
  • Demonstrate ethical values, social responsibility, and leadership qualities aligned with the cooperative spirit and community development.
  • Utilise digital tools and technologies for business operations, data management and e-governance in co-operative settings.
