In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the Department of Management Studies offers the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Honours programme under the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP). This programme is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in business management, entrepreneurship and leadership, with a focus on preparing students for the dynamic demands of the corporate world.
The BBA (Honours) curriculum integrates core subjects such as marketing, finance, human resource management, business communication, economics and operations with emerging areas like digital business, data-driven decision making and sustainability. The programme promotes experiential learning through case studies, internships, industry interactions and live projects.
In the fourth year, students opting for the Honours track engage in advanced coursework and complete a research-based project or dissertation, enabling them to explore specialized areas and gain deeper academic insight. The flexible and interdisciplinary structure of the FYUGP allows students to develop critical thinking, managerial competence and entrepreneurial spirit.
