The Department of Psychology, established in 2013, is dedicated to the scientific study of human behavior and mental processes. With a balanced focus on both theory and practical application, the department nurtures a deep understanding of psychological concepts, research methodologies and real-world implications. Our curriculum is designed to foster critical thinking, ethical awareness and emotional intelligence, equipping students to explore diverse domains such as clinical psychology, counseling, organizational behavior, educational psychology and research. The department is committed to help the students explore the field of Psychology within and beyond the syllabus through classroom teaching, guest lectures, seminars, workshops by eminent scholars / professionals in the field, screening of movies with discussion, field visits etc.
